Operation and Maintenance Manuals and As-Built Drawings are an essential part of successfully completing a project. All documentation and drawings are supplied on CD (as well as on paper if required), using industry standard software.

Our recent projects have included:
- Writing a full set of indexed data centre operating procedures from scratch, identifying the plant and liaising with the facilities management team to obtain the information that did not exist on paper
- Producing a data centre resilience report for one client with two locations including an analysis of how the existing facilities compare to N+1 standards
