Blue Planet Consulting offers project support to assist an existing professional team or, alternatively, full project management of new build and refurbishment Data Centre projects to ensure projects are delivered that are on time, on budget and meet the requirements of the specification.
The Blue Planet Consulting project support services extend to assistance for the facilities management personnel, oversight of commissioning, witness testing, documenting the acceptance and handover processes, carrying out integrated systems tests and black building tests.
Beyond completion of the physical works, Blue Planet Consulting offers further support services including full technical authoring to produce operation documentation, record drawings, operational systems, set-up of processes and procedures, contingency planning, disaster recovery and businesss continuity planning.
